FAQ
You asked, we answer
How can I book?
Pitches, mobile homes and glamping tents can be booked straight away through the booking system on the website (the Book now button). For groups and special requests, send us an enquiry through the form or to strasko@hadria.biz. Your booking is confirmed once you pay a 30% deposit, which is deducted from the final bill.
How can I pay the deposit?
By bank transfer to our account or by credit card on the website. Once we receive the payment, we will confirm your booking by e-mail.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
Dates can only be changed in writing, and a change is valid once the booking department confirms it in writing. If you cancel by e-mail at least 31 days before arrival, we refund the deposit minus bank charges; for later cancellations or no-shows the deposit is kept.
Can I book a specific mobile home or pitch?
Yes, if it is available. Booking a specific mobile home number costs a one-off €150.
When are check-in and check-out?
Reception is open around the clock during the season, and check-in is possible from 7 am to 10 pm: from 7 am for camp places, from noon for pitches and from 5 pm for mobile homes and glamping tents. Check-out is by 6 pm from camp places, by noon from pitches and by 10 am from mobile homes and tents; a later check-out is charged as an extra day.
Is there a minimum stay of seven days in high season?
For mobile homes and glamping tents, the minimum stay from 18 May to 14 September is seven nights. There is no minimum stay for pitches.

Pets are welcome on pitches and in mobile homes marked “pets allowed”; their stay is charged according to the price list. There is a marked part of the beach where pets can swim, and a dog park in the campsite.
Do you have a baby cot and high chair?
Yes, free of charge. Just mention it in your booking enquiry.
What do you recommend for guests with disabilities?
Three mobile homes are adapted for guests with reduced mobility, with an outdoor ramp. All sanitary facilities have showers and toilets adapted for guests with disabilities.
Can I have a barbecue?
Only gas or electric barbecues are allowed on pitches and at mobile homes. Fires and open flames are forbidden throughout the campsite and on the beach.
Is the tap water drinkable?
Yes, everywhere in the campsite. Please use it sparingly.
Where can I park my car?
Every mobile home, tent and pitch has space for one car. A second vehicle is parked in the car park in front of the campsite, where visitors leave their cars as well.
Are bed linen and towels included?

Pag island and Novalja
The island of the lunar landscape
Pag is one of the largest Croatian islands, 60 km long. It is criss-crossed by hundreds of kilometres of dry-stone walls and known for the oldest olive groves in the northern Adriatic, the salt pans in Pag town and Pag cheese. With more than 2,500 hours of sunshine a year it is one of the sunniest islands in the Adriatic, and hidden coves and cycle paths lead through a landscape like nowhere else.
Novalja is the island’s tourist centre, two kilometres from the campsite: restaurants serving Pag cheese and local specialities, nightlife and beaches for all generations.
