What we collect and why
- Booking enquiries: when you send us an enquiry by e-mail or through the form (which opens your e-mail program), we receive what you entered: your name, e-mail address, phone number, dates, number of guests and message. We use them to answer your enquiry and for your booking.
- Booking a mobile home or glamping tent: bookings are made through the Phobs booking system, which processes the data on our behalf.
- Your stay: when you check in at reception, we process the data required by law for guest registration and invoices.
We keep the data for as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal obligations. We only send news and offers if you have explicitly signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies
- Necessary: the site only stores your cookie choice in your browser (for 12 months). No consent is needed for this.
- Analytics and marketing: these load only if you switch them on in the cookie window. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
The map (Google Maps) on the Contact page loads only when you open it yourself; Google then receives your IP address. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google’s servers.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
